QUALITY

According to the quality coffee is classified into the following groups: extra, prima seconda, tera and robusta.
The quality of coffee is appraised according to aroma, flavour, colour, country of origin and the age of plantation. Franja chooses top quality raw coffee for the preparation of its products. In our products we use: Santos Cerrado, Columbia, Medelin Excelsio, Santos Gourmet Descascado, Robusta Cherry, Ethiopia Dijmmah, Columbia Supremo, India Kaapy Royal, AA 18 +(arabica) Costarica and India Plantation AA 18+ (aravica).

Several prizes won at Zagreb Fair verified the quality of Franja coffee.

- 1996 Franja espresso Exclusive product won a golden medal (Products for Europe); The International Food Fair;

- 1995 Franja domestic coffee (Arona) won a bronze medal (Products for Europe), The International Food Fair;

- 1998 Franja Exclusive product won a golden medal for quality; The International Food Fair;

- 2004 Franja espresso Cibao product won a golden medal for quality; The International Food Fair.
